i-need-a-drink-round-ceramic-planter-with-saucer-navy-blue
I Need A Drink Round Ceramic Planter with Saucer - Navy Blue

Description

This round ceramic planter in navy blue gives a thirsty houseplant a voice, with the words "I Need A Drink" printed across the front. The first line runs in a flowing script and the second in bold serif letters, both in white against the deep navy, so the message reads clearly from across the room. It stands 14cm tall and 16cm across, with straight sides that curve gently in towards the base, and a matching navy saucer sits beneath it. The look is simple and modern, letting the words and the colour do the talking.

We like it on a kitchen windowsill, a desk or a bathroom shelf, anywhere a plant will catch the light and the eye. It makes a cheerful indoor home for a small leafy houseplant, a trailing ivy, a pot of herbs or a cactus, and the words work as a gentle nudge to reach for the watering can before the leaves start to droop. The navy sits comfortably beside white walls, natural wood and brass, and it sets off greenery of any shade. As a gift it brings a smile, a plant with a sense of humour attached.

The planter is made of ceramic, with a smooth, even finish and clean edges at the rim and around the saucer. To keep it looking its best, wipe the outside with a soft damp cloth and dry it afterwards, and tip away any water left standing in the saucer after watering so the roots are not left sitting wet. For an easy gift, pot up a favourite houseplant before you hand it over, or set it on a sunny sill of your own and let the words do the reminding.

Specification

Material

Ceramic

Colour

Navy blue

Height

14cm

Width

16cm

Depth

16cm

Weight

1kg

Design

I need a drink

Frequently Asked

How big is this planter?

It stands 14cm tall and measures 16cm across, a comfortable size for a small houseplant, a pot of herbs or a cactus.

What is the planter made of?

The planter is ceramic, finished in navy blue with the words "I Need A Drink" printed in white across the front.

Does the planter have a saucer?

Yes, a matching navy saucer sits beneath the planter, so it rests tidily on a windowsill, shelf or desk.

How should I clean the ceramic planter?

Wipe the outside with a soft damp cloth and dry it afterwards, and tip away any water left standing in the saucer after watering.

Would this planter make a good gift?

We think so.
