house-digital-alarm-clock-with-snooze-and-light-black
House Digital Alarm Clock with Snooze and Light - Black

Description

This little house alarm clock brings a touch of storybook charm to the bedside, with a pitched roof, a small chimney and four-pane windows set into each side. It is black all over and stands 10cm tall, 9cm wide and 7.7cm deep, so it sits happily on the narrowest shelf or the smallest corner of a table. The front of the house holds a clear digital screen that shows the time in large figures, the day of the week, the date and the temperature in degrees Celsius, so one glance tells you all you need before the day begins.

We think it is happiest on a bedside table, where its single light and snooze button lets you steal a few more minutes in the morning. Press it in the dark and a soft glow fills the screen and the little windows, as though someone has just come home and switched the lights on, which makes checking the time at night easy without reaching for a lamp. It is just as much at home on a desk in a study, a shelf in the sitting room or a dressing table in a spare room, where the temperature reading is a handy extra for knowing whether the room needs warming up.

Setting it up is simple: the time, alarm, up and down buttons sit in a neat row along a light grey panel at the back, out of sight once the clock faces the room. Keep it somewhere dry indoors and dust it now and then with a soft dry cloth so the black finish and the screen stay crisp. Set it at a slight angle on a bedside table so one of the windows catches the eye alongside the screen, or wrap it up as a cheerful present for anyone who likes a clock with a little character on the shelf.

Specification

Colour

Black

Height

10cm

Width

9cm

Depth

7.7cm

Weight

0.121kg

Frequently Asked

How big is the house alarm clock?

It stands 10cm tall, 9cm wide and 7.7cm deep, small enough for a bedside table, a narrow shelf or a busy desk.

What does the digital screen show?

The screen shows the time in large figures, the day of the week, the date and the temperature in degrees Celsius.

Does the clock light up so I can read it at night?

Yes.
