grandma-floral-print-scented-candle-210g-cream-and-grey
Grandma Floral Print Scented Candle 210g - Cream & Grey

Description

This scented candle for grandma carries a gentle message in soft grey lettering: "A garden of love grows in a grandma's heart", followed by a tiny drawn heart. Beneath the words runs a border of wild flowers, leafy sprigs and daisies in fine grey line, running across the front of the cream candle. The look is calm and simple, cream and grey with nothing loud about it, so it sits happily alongside most colour schemes. It is round, standing 8.9cm tall and 7.5cm across, and at 210g it is a comfortable size for a side table or shelf.

We think it makes a lovely gift for a grandmother, whether it comes from a grandchild, a son or daughter, or the whole family together. The words say what many of us find hard to put into a card, and the candle carries them every time it is lit. Set it on her bedside table for quiet evenings, on the mantelpiece in the sitting room, or on a kitchen shelf where she will see it each day. Its small round footprint means it fits a dressing table as easily as a coffee table, and the cream and grey palette suits a cottage interior as well as a modern one.

The cream wax is set around a single wick, and the grey print sits on the outside of the holder, leaving the back plain and clean. As with any candle, never leave it burning unattended, keep it away from draughts, children, pets and anything that could catch, and stand it on a stable, level surface while lit. Trim the wick before relighting for a tidy flame, and dust the outside with a soft dry cloth. For a gift, wrap it in tissue with a handwritten note of your own, and let the words on the candle do the rest.

Specification

Colour

Cream & Grey

Height

8.9cm

Width

7.5cm

Depth

7.5cm

Weight

0.407kg

Frequently Asked

How big is the grandma scented candle?

It stands 8.9cm tall and 7.5cm across, a 210g candle with a neat round shape that fits easily on a bedside table, mantelpiece or shelf.

What words are printed on the candle?

The front reads "A garden of love grows in a grandma's heart" in grey lettering, with a small heart and a border of wild flowers and leafy sprigs beneath.

What colour is the candle?

It is cream with a grey print, a soft and neutral pairing that sits quietly in most rooms and works with most colour schemes.

Is this a good gift for my grandma?

We think so.
