gramane-led-outdoor-wall-light-anthracite
Gramane LED Outdoor Wall Light - Anthracite

Description

Gramane is a square LED outdoor wall light with an anthracite plastic body and a white plastic diffuser that covers the front and wraps around the sides. It measures 21.5cm long and 21.5cm high, and stands only 7cm out from the wall, so it sits close and tidy beside a door. The light source is integrated LED, drawing 8.2W and giving 1,000lm at 3000K, a warm light that feels welcoming after dark. It is rated IP44, which means it is protected from splashing water, so it can live outdoors on a house wall.

We would put it beside a front or back door, along a side passage, on a porch wall or by a patio, wherever you want a calm, even glow instead of a harsh beam. The opal diffuser spreads the light softly across its whole face, so there is no bare LED glare as you look for your keys. Its clean square outline and dark anthracite edge suit modern houses and newer extensions, and the plain shape sits just as quietly against older brick. A matching pair either side of a door gives a balanced, finished look.

Both the body and the diffuser are plastic, and plastic does not rust, which suits a wall that takes the weather. There is no switch on the light itself: it works from your wall switch, and it is not dimmable, so it gives the same steady output every time. Because the LED is integrated, there is no separate bulb to buy. It runs from 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains, carries energy class E and weighs 0.852KG packed. As a wired-in mains light, it should be installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions are available as a download.

Specification

Length

21.5cm

Height

21.5cm

Projection

7cm

Body Material

Plastic

Body Colour

Anthracite

Shade Material

Plastic

Shade Colour

White

Light Source

LED, integrated

Wattage

8.2W

Lumens

1,000lm

Colour Temperature

3000K

Dimmable

No

Switch

None (switched at the wall)

IP Rating

IP44

Protection Class

Class II

Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Energy Class

E

Weight (packed)

0.852KG

Downloads

Installation Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

Can this light go outdoors?

Yes.
