gorbora-outdoor-wall-light-with-motion-sensor-stainless-steel
Gorbora Outdoor Wall Light with Motion Sensor - Stainless Steel

Description

The Gorbora is a compact outdoor wall light that pairs a single cylindrical head with a slim rectangular backplate, all in brushed stainless steel with a clear glass shade. It stands 16.5cm tall, measures 6.5cm in length and reaches 11cm out from the wall, so it sits neatly beside a door frame without crowding the brickwork. It takes a GU10 lamp, with a wattage of 2.8W and an output of 250lm, and the head opens at its base so the glow falls downwards onto the step or path. Rated IP44, it is protected from splashing water, which means it lives happily outdoors on a house wall through wet weather.

A motion sensor sits in the backplate beneath the head, so the light comes on when it detects movement and there is no switch to hunt for in the dark. That makes it a natural choice for a front door, a back door, a side passage or a garage wall, anywhere you want light the moment you arrive home with your hands full. Corner mounting is possible too, which opens up the outside corner of a house, a handy position where two walls meet. Its small size and plain lines suit modern and traditional homes alike, and two or three in a row along a wall give a tidy, matching look.

The body is stainless steel, a material that resists rust, and the clear glass shade closes the base of the head. It runs from mains power at 220-240V, 50/60Hz, and as a wired-in fitting it should be installed by a qualified electrician. Packed, it weighs 0.601KG, light enough for one person to hold in place on the wall while it is fixed. When the time comes to change the lamp, it takes a standard GU10, so a replacement is easy to find.

Specification

Length

6.5cm

Height

16.5cm

Projection

11cm

Body Material

Stainless steel

Body Colour

Stainless steel

Shade Material

Glass

Shade Colour

Clear

Light Source

GU10 (bulb included)

Wattage

2.8W

Lumens

250lm

Features

Corner mounting possible

Switch

Motion sensor

IP Rating

IP44

Protection Class

Class I

Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Energy Class

F

Weight (packed)

0.601KG

Frequently Asked

Can the Gorbora wall light go outdoors?

Yes.
