friend-butterfly-standing-verse-plaque-off-white-and-grey
Friend Butterfly Standing Verse Plaque - Off White & Grey

Description

This standing verse plaque is a gentle way to tell a friend how much they mean to you, with a warm poem printed in soft grey on an off white face. The word "Friend" sits across the top in neat spaced capitals, and beneath it the verse runs line by line, likening a good friend to a partner in crime and closing on the words "I'm lucky to have a friend like you". Fine sprigs of grey leaves and wild flowers fill the top corners and the bottom edge, and a small raised butterfly in a silver tone sits just under the verse. The plaque is 20.2cm tall, 11.2cm wide and 2cm deep, a size that settles comfortably on a shelf or bedside table.

It makes a thoughtful gift for a friend, whether they have been by your side for years or have quietly seen you through a hard few months. Because the words do the talking, it suits anyone who finds a card too fleeting and wants something that stays on show. The off white and grey palette is soft enough to sit happily in a living room, a bedroom or a hallway, or on a desk at home, and the rectangular shape keeps it tidy on a narrow ledge.

At the back, an easel stand holds the plaque upright on its own, so it needs no wall and no fixings, though a small hanger near the top lets it go on one if your friend prefers. The black stand tucks neatly behind, out of sight from the front. To keep the print crisp, dust it with a soft dry cloth now and then and keep it away from damp. For a finishing touch, wrap it with a handwritten note of your own, so the verse and your words arrive together.

Specification

Colour

Off white & Grey

Height

20.2cm

Width

11.2cm

Depth

2cm

Weight

0.243kg

Frequently Asked

How big is the friend verse plaque?

It is 20.2cm tall, 11.2cm wide and 2cm deep, a comfortable size for a shelf, a mantelpiece, a windowsill or a bedside table.

Does the plaque stand up or hang on a wall?

It can do either.
