fresvora-clear-glass-5-light-pendant-black
Fresvora Clear Glass 5 Light Pendant - Black

Description

The Fresvora is a five light cascade pendant. Five clear glass cylinder shades hang at staggered heights from a round black ceiling canopy, each on its own slim black cord. The body is steel in a black finish, and a short black lampholder sits at the top of every shade, holding the bulb in the centre of the glass. It measures 150cm tall overall and 35cm in diameter, so measure your ceiling height first and make sure the lowest shade clears heads comfortably. Each of the five E27 lampholders takes a bulb of up to 60W, and the bulbs are not included. It is rated IP20, which settles where it goes: indoors, in a dry room.

Hung over a dining table, the staggered drops place light at several heights, which gives the table a focal point without a single harsh glare. In a living room it works over a coffee table or beside the sofa, where the open glass keeps the look light and uncluttered. Because the shades are clear, every bulb is on show, so it suits anyone who enjoys decorative filament bulbs and wants them seen. The black and clear palette sits happily against white brick, painted plaster or a darker wall.

There is no switch on the pendant itself; it is switched at the wall, from the light switch you already have. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains. As a wired-in ceiling light it is installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions come as a download. The packed weight is 5.263KG, worth knowing before the fitting day. Clear glass shows fingerprints and dust readily, so a soft, dry cloth now and then keeps all five shades bright.

Specification

Overall Height

150cm

Diameter

35cm

Body Material

Steel

Body Colour

Black

Shade Material

Glass

Shade Colour

Clear

Light Source

E27 (bulb not included)

Wattage

Max 5 x 60W

Switch

None (switched at the wall)

IP Rating

IP20

Protection Class

Class I

Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Weight (packed)

5.263KG

Downloads

Installation Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

Can I hang this pendant in a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, so it belongs indoors in a dry room such as a living room or a dining room, never near water.

Are the bulbs included?

No, the bulbs are not included.
