fresh-sea-salt-candle-refill
Fresh Sea Salt Candle Refill

Description

This is a candle refill in the Fresh Sea Salt scent: 235g of white soy paraffin wax poured around a single cotton wick and held in a plain white paper cup. A refill is the wax without the vessel, so it is the piece to buy when you already own a candle holder you like and want to keep it in use rather than replace it. The refill in its cup is 9cm across and 9cm tall, and the maker gives a burn time of 40 hours, which makes it a generous candle for regular evenings rather than a small occasional one.

It is a room scent, so it suits the places where you spend your evenings: the living room, a bedroom, a reading corner or the hallway where guests arrive. A fresh, salty scent sits well in a bathroom too, on a shelf or the side of the bath. Because it is only the refill, it suits anyone with a favourite candle vessel standing empty on a shelf, and it makes a thoughtful small gift for a friend who already has one. Before you order, compare the refill's 9cm across and 9cm tall with the inside of your vessel, so you know it will sit comfortably.

The wax is soy paraffin, the wick is cotton and the cup is paper, and the whole refill weighs 0.3KG, light enough to keep tucked in a drawer until your current candle runs low. The wax sets smooth and flat with the wick standing at the centre, and the cup has a neat rolled rim and the maker's printed lettering on its side. For styling, white wax suits almost any vessel: it looks crisp in clear glass, soft in stoneware and quiet in a coloured holder, so you can choose the container to suit the room and let the candle itself stay simple.

Specification

Height

9cm

Diameter

9cm

Material

Soy Paraffin, Cotton Wick, Paper

Colour

White

Weight of wax

235g

Burn time

40 hours

Weight

0.3KG

Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended

Frequently Asked

What is the candle refill made of?

The wax is soy paraffin, poured around a cotton wick and held in a paper cup, all as the maker lists it.

How long does the refill burn?

The maker gives a burn time of 40 hours for this refill, which holds 235g of wax around a single cotton wick.

What size is the refill?

In its paper cup the refill is 9cm across and 9cm tall, so compare those figures with the inside of your vessel before ordering.

Does it come with a candle holder?

No. This is the refill only: the wax and cotton wick in a paper cup, made to go into a candle vessel you already own.

How heavy is it?

The whole refill weighs 0.3KG and the wax itself weighs 235g, so it is light and easy to keep in a cupboard until needed.
