francis-outdoor-wall-light-replacement-prismatic-glass
Francis Outdoor Wall Light Replacement Prismatic Glass

Description

This is a replacement prismatic glass for our Francis outdoor wall light, supplied on its own. It is a square panel with softly rounded corners, the shape that gives the Francis its clean, simple face. Prismatic glass spreads the light from the lamp behind it, so the glow reads as even and gentle rather than a single hard point.

The glass is made for one light, the Francis Wall Light, so it is the part to order when the glass in your Francis has cracked, chipped or broken. Outdoor lights take the odd knock from a ladder, a football or a garden tool. A new glass puts the light right without replacing the whole fitting, and it keeps a matching pair or a run of Francis lights looking alike.

We offer this glass so a damaged Francis can be repaired rather than replaced. Before ordering, check that the light you have is a Francis, as this glass is shaped for that light.

Specification

Fits

Francis Wall Light

Frequently Asked

Which light does this replacement glass fit?

It is made for our Francis Wall Light, and that is the only light we list it for, so check that your light is a Francis before you order.

What shape is the Francis replacement glass?

It is a square panel with softly rounded corners, the same clean shape that forms the face of the Francis outdoor wall light.

What does prismatic glass do?

Prismatic glass spreads the light from the lamp across its surface, so the light looks even and soft instead of one bright, hard point.

Can I replace just the glass instead of buying a new light?

Yes.
