fenoullet-1-6-light-ceiling-light-brass
Fenoullet 1 6 Light Ceiling Light - Brass

Description

The Fenoullet is a six light ceiling light that sits close to the ceiling. It has a steel body in a brass finish and a deep fringe of clear brilliant glass drops hung from scrolled arms and beaded strands. It measures 60cm across and 35.5cm high, so it fills the ceiling with light and sparkle without hanging down into the room like a long chandelier. It takes six E14 bulbs of up to 25W each. The bulbs are not included, so you choose the colour of light yourself. With an IP20 rating it is made for indoor, dry rooms only.

Because it keeps close to the ceiling, the Fenoullet suits rooms where a hanging pendant would feel low: a living room, a dining room, a generous hallway or a bedroom that deserves a little glamour. The clear glass drops catch the light from every bulb and break it into small points of sparkle. The warm brass finish sits happily with cream, deep blue or rich green schemes. It is a fitting for anyone who wants a classic, dressed look without giving up headroom. We think it looks its best in the evening, when all six bulbs are lit.

The body is steel with a brass finish, and the drops are clear brilliant glass. There is no switch on the light itself. It is switched at the wall, so it works from your wall light switch. As a wired-in mains light for a 220-240V supply, it should be installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions are available as a download. Packed, it weighs 7.624KG, so it is worth having a second pair of hands when you unbox it and lift it into place.

Specification

Height

35.5cm

Diameter

60cm

Body Material

Steel

Body Colour

Brass

Shade Material

Brilliant glass

Shade Colour

Clear

Light Source

E14 (bulb not included)

Wattage

Max 6 x 25W

Switch

None (switched at the wall)

IP Rating

IP20

Protection Class

Class I

Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Weight (packed)

7.624KG

Downloads

Installation Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

Is this ceiling light suitable for a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, which means it is made for indoor rooms that stay dry, so we would keep it out of bathrooms and away from outdoor spaces.

Which bulbs does it take?

It takes six E14 bulbs, each up to a maximum of 25W.
