evil-queen-on-glass-bauble-christmas-tree-decoration-green
Evil Queen on Glass Bauble Christmas Tree Decoration - Green

Description

This glass Christmas tree decoration pairs a round green bauble with a figure of the Evil Queen rising from the top, crown on her head and high white collar standing up behind her. In one hand she holds an apple, red underneath and dripping green with a little skull face, while the other hand reaches for the gold clasp at her throat. Her black cloak and lilac sleeves drape over the curve of the glass, and the words Evil Queen run across the front in purple lettering. Small green studs dot the bauble all the way round, catching the light from the tree. It measures 7cm across and 7cm deep, a comfortable size for a branch.

She belongs on the Christmas tree, where a villain makes a cheerful change from the usual angels and robins. Hang her among plain green or purple baubles and she becomes the character the whole tree is built around, or mix her with other character pieces for a tree with a story to tell. She suits a living room tree, a hallway tree or a small tabletop tree, and she makes a fun Christmas gift, tucked into a stocking or handed over with a card.

The bauble is glass, so handle it gently and hang it from a sturdy branch where it will not knock against anything hard. A purple ribbon loops through a small ring at the top of her crown for hanging. When the tree comes down, wrap her in tissue and give her a box of her own so the crown and the apple are well protected. Dust her with a soft dry cloth before she goes back up each year. We think she looks best near the tree lights, where the green glass and the studs pick up the glow, and at eye level, where everyone can see her face.

Specification

Material

Glass

Colour

Green

Finish

Glazed

Width

7cm

Depth

7cm

Weight

0.071kg

Occasion

Christmas

Frequently Asked

How big is the Evil Queen bauble?

It measures 7cm across and 7cm deep, a size that sits comfortably on most branches of a full-size Christmas tree.

What is the bauble made of?

The bauble is glass in a green colour.
