egg-hunt-this-way-arrow-hanging-wooden-plaque-white
'Egg Hunt This Way' Arrow Hanging Wooden Plaque - White

Description

This wooden hanging plaque is cut as an arrow and printed with the words 'EGG HUNT THIS WAY', ready to point the way on Easter morning. The board is white, with the lettering in soft pale blue and a warm yellow edge running round the arrow. Along the bottom runs a gentle watercolour-style scene: a brown rabbit carrying a little basket of flowers, a hedgehog trundling along beside it, small orange flowers and green sprigs, and two pale pink butterflies near the top. It measures 25cm across, 12cm high and 1cm deep, so the words read easily at a glance without the sign taking over a wall.

Hang it on a door handle, a hook in the hallway or the newel post at the foot of the stairs, and the arrow does the rest, sending everyone off on the Easter egg hunt. It points to the right, so hang it where the trail begins and let the first clue lie in that direction. It also works on a cupboard door where the treats are hidden, or at the way into the dining room. Once the eggs are found, it stays up as a sweet piece of Easter decoration for a kitchen, playroom or hallway through the spring.

The plaque is made of wood with a flat face and a slim profile, and it hangs from a white ribbon loop at the top, so all it needs is a hook, nail or handle. As it is wood, we would keep it indoors and away from damp; dust it with a soft dry cloth, or wipe it gently with a barely damp cloth and let it dry. Store it flat between seasons and it will be ready to come out again next Easter. Tucked into an Easter basket with a few chocolate eggs, it makes a cheerful Easter gift.

Specification

Material

Wood

Colour

White

Height

12cm

Width

25cm

Depth

1cm

Weight

0.116kg

Occasion

Easter

Frequently Asked

How big is the Egg Hunt This Way plaque?

It measures 25cm across, 12cm high and 1cm deep, large enough for the words to read easily without crowding a door or wall.

How does the plaque hang?

It hangs from a white ribbon loop at the top, so a hook, a nail, a door handle or a newel post is all it needs.

Which way does the arrow point?

The arrow points to the right, so we suggest hanging it with the start of your egg hunt trail lying off to that side.

What is the plaque made of?

The plaque is made of wood, with a white face, pale blue lettering, a yellow edge and a watercolour-style rabbit and hedgehog scene.

How do I look after the wooden plaque?

Dust it with a soft dry cloth or wipe it gently with a barely damp cloth, let it dry, and store it flat between Easters.
