dremane-floor-lamp-black
Dremane Floor Lamp - Black

Description

The Dremane is a floor lamp with a slim black steel stem, a round base and a drum shade in natural linen fabric. It stands 151cm tall, and while the shade is a generous 38cm in diameter, the base is a compact 25cm, so it sits neatly in a corner or beside a chair. It takes an E27 bulb of up to 40W. The bulb is not included, which leaves you free to choose the warmth and brightness that suit your room. It is rated IP20, so it belongs in dry rooms indoors and never near water or outdoors.

We see it working hardest beside a sofa or an armchair, where the fabric shade softens the light into a gentle glow for reading or a quiet evening. It is a good answer to the dim corner of a living room, bedroom or study that a single ceiling light leaves flat. The natural linen and black steel pair a warm, textured neutral with a crisp dark line, so it sits comfortably in modern and more traditional rooms alike. It suits anyone who wants softer, layered light in the evenings.

The stem and base are steel in a black finish, and the shade is linen fabric in a natural colour. A foot switch means you can turn the lamp on and off without reaching under the shade, which is handy when your hands are full or the lamp stands behind a chair. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz and weighs 5.145KG packed. Installation instructions come as a download. When you buy a bulb, look for an E27 cap and a wattage of 40W or less.

Specification

Height

151cm

Diameter

38cm

Base Diameter

25cm

Body Material

Steel

Body Colour

Black

Shade Material

Fabric, linen

Shade Colour

Natural

Light Source

E27 (bulb not included)

Wattage

Max 40W

Switch

Foot switch

IP Rating

IP20

Protection Class

Class II

Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Weight (packed)

5.145KG

Downloads

Installation Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

Can the Dremane floor lamp go in a bathroom or outdoors?

No. It is rated IP20, which means it is made for dry rooms indoors, so keep it away from bathrooms, damp spaces and the garden.

Which bulb does the Dremane need?

It takes an E27 bulb with a maximum of 40W.
