curved-blade-waves-3d-pvc-wall-panels-50-x-50cm-white
Curved Blade Waves 3D PVC Wall Panels 50 x 50cm - White

Description

Curved Blade Waves is a white 3D wall panel in PVC, covered in slender raised blades, each a long S-curve tapering to fine points. The blades sit in close parallel rows that sweep up towards the right across the upper half and down towards the right across the lower half. The longest run more than half the panel's width, and those reaching the edges are cut off so they carry on into the next panel. The relief is 15mm deep, enough for each blade to hold a soft line of shadow, and every panel is a 50cm square.

We see these 3D wall panels on interior walls in homes, offices, hotels and shops, and they suit anyone who wants texture rather than colour on a feature wall behind a bed, a sofa or a reception desk. The pattern is drawn entirely by light. When daylight or a lamp falls across it from the side, the blades pick up highlights along one edge and shade along the other, and the waves look deeper; in soft, even light they settle into a quieter ripple. A run across a whole wall gives the longest sweep of movement.

Each panel is formed from a 0.8mm PVC sheet. Fitting needs no special equipment: spread adhesive on the back, press the panel onto the wall, cut to fit where needed, then fill the joins with filler and wipe them clean. Adhesive and filler are sold separately. Four panels cover one square metre, a useful figure when working out how many your wall needs. The PVC is waterproof, wipes clean with a damp cloth and stays low maintenance. For the strongest effect, choose a wall that catches light from one side and keep the furniture in front of it simple.

Specification

Pattern

Curved Blade Waves

Colour

White

Material

PVC

Panel Size

50 x 50cm

Relief Depth

15mm

Sheet Thickness

0.8mm

Coverage Per Panel

0.25m²

Fixing

Adhesive (Sold Separately)

Joins

Filler (Sold Separately)

Suitable For

Interior Walls

Frequently Asked

What does the Curved Blade Waves pattern look like?

Slender raised blades, each a long S-curve with fine points, run in close rows that rise towards the right across the top half and fall towards the right across the bottom half.

What size is each panel and how much wall does it cover?

Each panel is a 50 x 50cm square, and four of them cover one square metre of wall, which makes measuring up straightforward.

How are the panels fixed to the wall?

You spread adhesive across the back of each panel and press it onto the wall, and no special equipment is needed for the job.

Do I need to buy anything else to fit them?

You will need to buy adhesive for fixing the panels and filler for finishing the joins separately before you start.

Can I cut the panels to fit my wall?

Yes, the panels can be cut to fit the edges of your wall, and once they are up the joins are filled with filler and wiped clean.

How do I clean the panels?

A wipe with a damp cloth is all the PVC needs, so the panels stay low maintenance on a feature wall in a home, office, hotel or shop.
