coralys-aluminium-rechargeable-outdoor-table-lamp-coral
Coralys Aluminium Rechargeable Outdoor Table Lamp - Coral

Description

The Coralys is a rechargeable outdoor table lamp in a coral finish, shaped as an open round cage: a domed top sits over a ring of vertical slats, held together by two hoops, so the light falls out between them. It stands 21.7cm tall and 17cm across, a neat size for a garden table or a bedside. The light source is an integrated LED of 2.5W giving 200 lumens at 4000K, a fresh, neutral white, so there is never a bulb to buy or change. It is dimmable, so you can take it down to a gentler glow as the evening goes on.

Rated IP54, it is made for outdoor use, and that is where we think it shines: on a patio table, a balcony ledge, a garden bench or the steps by the back door on a summer evening. Indoors it suits a bedside table or a side table in the living room just as well. Because it runs on its rechargeable battery, there is no cable to trail across a terrace or a floor, and you can move it wherever the evening takes you. At 200 lumens it is a light to sit by and talk by rather than one to light a whole garden, so we would set two or three along a long dining table.

The battery charges by USB-C, and the lamp is a Class III fitting, which means it runs at a low voltage from its own battery rather than straight from the mains. The coral finish brings a warm, earthy colour to stone paving, timber decking and green planting, and the open slats keep the form airy rather than heavy. As a practical habit, bring it in to charge after a long evening outside, and it is ready to carry back out the next time you sit down to eat.

Specification

Finish

Coral

Diameter

17cm

Height

21.7cm

Light Source

Integrated LED

LED Power

2.5W

Luminous Flux

200lm

Colour Temperature

4000K

Dimmable

Yes (dimmable)

Power

Rechargeable battery, charged by USB-C

IP Rating

IP54

Protection Class

Class III

Lead time

Made to order, usually delivered in 4 to 8 weeks

Frequently Asked

Can I use the Coralys lamp outdoors?

Yes.
