confirmation-dove-hanging-cross-plaque-with-ribbon-white
Confirmation Dove Hanging Cross Plaque with Ribbon - White

Description

This hanging cross plaque is a gentle keepsake for a confirmation, with the word CONFIRMATION printed in gold lettering across its arms. Above the word sits a simple line drawing of a white dove, and a small sprig of green leaves frames each end. On the upright, tiny gold stars and a soft grey heart lead to a little church with a pointed spire and an arched doorway at the foot of the cross. The plaque is white with a matt finish, and a sage green ribbon threads through the top for hanging. It measures 21cm tall, 9cm across and 0.4cm deep, slim enough to sit neatly against a wall or a door.

We think it makes a thoughtful confirmation gift, a quiet reminder of the day that can stay on display long after the celebration is over. Hang it by its ribbon in a bedroom, beside a mirror or above a bedside table, where the dove and the little church catch the eye each morning. It also suits a peaceful prayer corner, or a hook beside a shelf of keepsakes from the day, among cards and photographs. At 21cm tall it is easy to spot without taking up much room, so it fits a small wall space or a narrow gap between frames.

The design is printed on a white matt surface, and the flared ends of each arm give the cross a soft, traditional outline. The ribbon is knotted at the top, so the plaque is ready to hang on a small hook or nail straight away. To keep it looking fresh, dust it now and then with a soft dry cloth. For gifting, we like to pair it with a handwritten card from family or godparents, so the message and the cross can be kept together.

Specification

Colour

White

Finish

Matt

Height

21cm

Width

9cm

Depth

0.4cm

Weight

0.017kg

Occasion

Confirmation

Frequently Asked

How big is the confirmation cross plaque?

The plaque measures 21cm tall, 9cm across and 0.4cm deep.
