brosora-linear-pendant-light-black-wood
Brosora Linear Pendant Light - Black & Wood

Description

The Brosora is a linear pendant light that pairs black steel dome shades with a long beam of pale natural wood, hung on black chains from a slim black ceiling bar. It measures 90cm long and 20cm wide, with an overall height of 110cm, so it spreads light along the length of a table rather than pooling it in one spot. Each shade takes a standard E27 bulb, and bulbs are not included, which leaves you free to choose the warmth and brightness you prefer. It is rated IP20, which means it is made for dry rooms indoors.

It hangs beautifully over a long dining table, where the beam follows the line of the table and everyone seated gets good light on their plate. It suits a kitchen island or a breakfast bar just as well, provided the spot is indoors and dry. The black and wood finish leans industrial, with small black wheel details where each shade meets the beam and a pale colour inside every dome. It sits comfortably beside exposed brick, wooden floors and black metal furniture, and if your home mixes warm timber with dark metal, this pendant ties the two together neatly.

The body is steel and wood, and the whole light weighs 3.26KG, which is worth knowing when you plan the ceiling point. There is no switch on the light itself, so you turn it on and off at the wall, and it runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains. As a wired-in ceiling light, it should be installed by a qualified electrician. The installation instructions come as a download, so your electrician can read them before the day. Choose your E27 bulbs when you order, and the table can be lit the evening the pendant is hung.

Specification

Body Material

Steel, Wood

Body Colour

Black & Brown

IP Rating

IP20

Light Source

E27 (bulb not included)

Length

90cm

Width

20cm

Overall Height

110cm

Weight

3.26KG

Protection Class

Class I

Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Operating Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Switch

None (switched at the wall)

Downloads

Installation Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

Can the Brosora pendant hang in a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, so it belongs in dry rooms indoors, such as a dining room or living room, and never near water.

Which bulbs does the pendant need?

Each shade takes a standard E27 bulb.
