Run them across a feature wall behind a sofa or a bed, along a reception wall or down a hallway, and the pattern becomes something to look at rather than past. In flat daylight the domes stay calm and quiet; when light falls across the wall from one side, each dome catches a highlight on one face and drops a shadow on the other, so the clusters stand out clearly. A lamp or wall light placed to one side brings that out in the evening. Four panels cover one square metre, which makes working out how many a wall needs simple. PVC is waterproof, and the panels are low maintenance, wiping clean with a damp cloth.
