bevadoro-clamp-lamp-white-chrome
Bevadoro Clamp Lamp - White & Chrome

Description

The Bevadoro is a slim LED clamp lamp in white with chrome details, 42.5cm tall, 6cm long and 2cm wide. Its arm rises from a compact base and sweeps forward in a long curve to a flat head, so the light falls down and ahead of the lamp rather than out into the room. The body is white plastic, finished with a polished chrome cap on the tip of the head and a thin chrome band where the arm meets the base. It gives 420lm, a focused amount of light for reading. The IP20 rating settles where it lives: indoors, in a dry room.

We picture it first beside a bed. Mounted on a headboard, it puts the light where a book is held, and a pair, one on each side, gives each sleeper a reading light of their own. Because the lamp sits on the headboard rather than the bedside table, the table stays free for a glass of water, a book and a phone. It works just as well over a desk in a study or a spare room, wherever a narrow, directed light suits better than a ceiling light.

Look closely and the white surface has a fine crackled grain, a little like soft leather, with a neat line tracing the edge of the head, so it reads as warmer than a plain gloss plastic. A power button sits on the front of the base, within easy reach of the pillow. The lamp weighs 0.497KG packed, and the installation instructions are available to download, so you can read the mounting steps in advance. Its energy class is G.

Specification

Length

6cm

Width

2cm

Height

42.5cm

Body Material

Plastic

Body Colour

White, chrome

Lumens

420lm

IP Rating

IP20

Protection Class

Class II

Energy Class

G

Weight (packed)

0.497KG

Downloads

Installation Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

Can the Bevadoro go in a bathroom or outdoors?

No. It is rated IP20, so it belongs indoors in a dry room such as a bedroom, study or living room, away from water.

How bright is the lamp?

It gives 420lm from its LED head, a focused amount of light that suits reading in bed or working at a desk.

How big is it?

It stands 42.5cm tall and measures 6cm long and 2cm wide, slim enough to sit neatly on a headboard.

Which finish is it?

The body is white plastic with a fine crackled texture, set off by a polished chrome cap on the head and a chrome band at the base.

How is the lamp switched?

A power button on the front of the base turns it on and off, placed within easy reach when you are reading in bed.

Are installation instructions available?

Yes.
