A knuckle behind the head lets it swing and turn, and the drop tube carries a plain sliding joint. The black is fine-grained matt with no bright metal anywhere. The depth of the barrel is what keeps the lamp out of sight.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn a track it can be re-aimed and slid along the run as the room changes, so one circuit lights a picture, a worktop and a reading chair from the same line.
