arid-tiles-lighting-accessory-textured-terracotta
Arid Wall Light Tile - Textured Terracotta

Description

The Arid Wall Light Tile is an aluminium tile in a Textured Terracotta finish, made to fit an Arid wall light. It measures 20cm wide and 30cm tall, and its face is fluted, with fine vertical ribs that give the surface a strong, tactile texture. The warm terracotta colour sits somewhere between clay and brick, bringing an earthy note to a plain painted wall. We sell it in four positions, Central, Right, Left and Neutral, so you can choose the one your layout calls for.

It is a tile for indoor walls in dry rooms: a living room, a hallway, a landing, a bedroom or a dining room, where fluted terracotta adds warmth and texture to the wall. It suits anyone drawn to earthy colours and architectural surfaces, and sits as comfortably in a calm, pared back scheme as in a room full of wood, linen and stone. The tile is an accessory rather than a light in itself: it needs an Arid wall light to fit, sold separately, and it is that wall light which gives the light. Order the two together, choosing the tile position that suits each spot on the wall.

The tile is made from aluminium and finished in Textured Terracotta, a surface you can feel under your fingertips as well as see. The design is by Nahtrang Studio. Because each tile is 20cm wide and 30cm tall, it is worth measuring the wall and sketching your layout before you order, so you know how many tiles you need and which of the Central, Right, Left and Neutral positions belongs where.

Specification

Finish

Textured Terracotta

Material

Aluminium

Width

20cm

Tile Height

30cm

Lead time

Made to order, usually delivered in 4 to 8 weeks

Frequently Asked

What is the Arid Wall Light Tile made of?

It is made from aluminium and finished in Textured Terracotta, with a fluted face of fine vertical ribs that you can feel as well as see.

Does the tile give any light on its own?

No. It is an accessory that needs an Arid wall light to fit, sold separately, and it is that wall light which gives the light.

How big is the Arid tile?

Each tile is 20cm wide and 30cm tall, so it is worth measuring your wall and planning the layout before you order.

Which positions does the tile come in?

We sell it in four positions: Central, Right, Left and Neutral.
