A band of etched frosting runs round the lower half of the bowl and its upper edge is left ragged, so the white breaks into the clear glass in fine vertical strokes. The rim is rolled and slightly uneven, the bowl carries a shallow dimpling beneath the frosting, and small seed bubbles are caught in the stem.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe bowl holds 250ml level with the rim and measures 9cm across, so a champagne pour sits well within it and the surface is wide rather than deep. At 14cm the glass sits low on a laid table, and the stem is long enough to hold the bowl clear of the hand.
