almonte-4-light-bathroom-ceiling-light-chrome
Almonte 4 Light Bathroom Ceiling Light - Chrome

Description

The Almonte is a round, flush bathroom ceiling light in chrome, with strands of clear brilliant glass drops falling from a mirror-bright chrome plate. The strands hang longest at the centre, so the drops gather into a soft, rounded cone. It stands 23cm tall and measures 35cm across, which keeps it close to the ceiling in a room where headroom matters. Four G9 lamps sit among the drops, each rated at 3W and giving 320lm. It is rated IP44, which means it is protected from splashing water, so it can go in a bathroom rather than being kept to dry rooms.

We think it suits a family bathroom, an en-suite or a cloakroom where a plain ceiling light feels too ordinary. Because it sits flush, it brings the sparkle of a chandelier to a room too low for a hanging one, and the clear glass sits comfortably beside white tiles, marble or wood. If your ceiling is low and your bathroom small, this is a way to give it a focal point without anyone ducking. As a wired-in light, it is installed by a qualified electrician, and a qualified electrician will confirm the right zone for your bathroom.

The body is steel in a chrome finish, and the drops are clear brilliant glass, hung on fine strands so each faceted ball catches the light. The underside shows four lamp holders spaced around the centre, each tucked among the glass drops. There is no switch on the light itself, so it is switched at the wall like any ordinary ceiling light. It runs on 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains, has an energy class of F and weighs 3.67KG packed. The installation instructions come as a download, so your electrician can read them before fitting day.

Specification

Height

23cm

Diameter

35cm

Body Material

Steel

Body Colour

Chrome

Shade Material

Brilliant glass

Shade Colour

Clear

Light Source

G9 (bulb included)

Wattage

4 x 3W

Lumens

320lm per light (4 lights)

Switch

None (switched at the wall)

IP Rating

IP44

Protection Class

Class II

Voltage

220-240V, 50/60Hz

Energy Class

F

Weight (packed)

3.67KG

Downloads

Installation Instructions (PDF)

Frequently Asked

Can I fit this ceiling light in a bathroom?

Yes.
