A honeycomb pattern around its upper part catches the light, and the lower part beneath is smooth. Inside sits an integrated LED, so there is never a bulb to buy or change. It draws 11W and gives 746 lumens of warm 2700K light with a CRI of 90, so colours in the room look natural rather than flat.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWe see it in a living room, beside a sofa or an armchair, or filling a quiet corner where a ceiling light leaves shadow. At 180cm it carries the glass well above seated eye level, and its slender form tucks in beside furniture without crowding it.
