abersoch-abstract-polyester-table-runner-marine
Abersoch Abstract Polyester Table Runner - Marine

Description

The Abersoch table runner is a woven length of pure polyester carrying a hand-painted coastal print: pink crabs and lobsters set against an abstract, watery blue background. It runs down the centre of a table rather than covering it, drawing the eye along the length of the setting while leaving the timber or cloth on either side on show. It comes in two lengths, 180cm and 220cm, both 35cm wide, so you can match the runner to your table and leave a little to hang at each end.

This is a runner built for the way we actually eat in summer, which is often outdoors. It is made for indoor or outdoor use, so it sits as happily on a patio dining table or a garden bench as it does in the kitchen or dining room. The seaside print suits alfresco lunches, long lazy suppers and casual gatherings, and it pairs naturally with plain crockery, clear glass and gold or wooden cutlery, letting the crabs and lobsters do the talking. Choose the 180cm for a four to six seat table and the 220cm where you need extra reach across a longer setting.

The runner is woven from polyester, which is why it earns its keep out of doors: polyester shrugs off moisture, dries quickly and stands up to repeated handling without losing its shape. It is machine washable, so a spilled glass or a dropped olive is no drama. The Abersoch runner is designed to coordinate with the Abersoch placemats, so you can build a matching table across runner and settings if you want the fuller look. On its own it is an easy way to bring a touch of the British seaside indoors or out.

Specification

Material

100% Polyester

Design

Hand-painted coastal crab and lobster print on an abstract sea background

Construction

Woven, suitable for indoor or outdoor use

Size

180x35cm to 220x35cm

Washing

Machine washable

Drying

Quick-drying

Frequently Asked

Can I use this table runner outside?

Yes.
