18th-birthday-tulip-beer-glass-with-silver-print-clear
18th Birthday Tulip Beer Glass with Silver Print - Clear

Description

This 18th birthday beer glass is made of clear glass with a shiny finish, printed in silver with a large serif 18 and the word eighteen written beneath it in a flowing script. It has the familiar tulip shape, gently narrowing at the waist before swelling out near the top, so the silver number sits just where it catches the eye. It stands 16cm tall and 8.5cm across, and the clear glass keeps the attention on the number and on whatever is poured into it.

We think it makes a thoughtful 18th birthday gift, something to raise at the party itself and then keep long after the cake has gone. It works well as part of a birthday hamper, tucked in beside a few favourite bottles, or set at the head of the table ready for the birthday toast. Afterwards it can come out for a cold drink at the end of the week or during the weekend match, or sit on a shelf or in a glass cabinet as a keepsake of the day. Because the design is simply the number and the word, it suits any style of party and sits happily in any home.

The glass has a shiny finish and a thick glass base, and the print runs in a single silver tone across the front. As good practice for printed glassware, we would wash it by hand in warm soapy water, avoid scouring pads, and dry it with a soft cloth, which helps keep the silver lettering looking its best. For gifting, wrap it in tissue with a birthday card, or fill it with sweets for a quick present to hand over before the party starts.

Specification

Material

Glass

Colour

Clear

Finish

Shiny

Height

16cm

Width

8.5cm

Depth

8.5cm

Weight

0.328kg

Design

18th

Occasion

Birthday

Frequently Asked

How big is the 18th birthday beer glass?

It stands 16cm tall and measures 8.5cm across, in a familiar tulip shape that sits comfortably on a table or bar.

What is printed on the glass?

The front carries a large silver 18 in a serif style, with the word eighteen written beneath it in a flowing script.

What is the beer glass made of?

It is made of clear glass with a shiny finish, so the silver print stands out and the drink inside shows through.

How should I clean the glass?

As general good practice for printed glass, we suggest washing it by hand in warm soapy water and drying it with a soft cloth to look after the silver lettering.

Does it make a good 18th birthday gift?

We think so.
